Projekt Fremtidens kompetencer – vi bygger bro over kompetencegabet

Projektet styrker koblingen mellem arbejdsmarkedets behov og borgernes kompetencer på tværs af Norden – med særligt fokus på den grønne og digitale omstilling i den private sektor.

Udgangspunktet er, at de nordiske lande har meget at vinde ved at lære af hinanden og omsætte fælles viden til bedre metoder til at matche og forudse kompetencebehov.

Projektet kortlægger og sammenligner, hvordan de nordiske lande i dag arbejder med kompetencematching og prognoser, og omsætter erfaringerne til konkrete redskaber og anbefalinger. Der tages højde for regionale forskelle, så løsningerne kan anvendes både i større byer og i tyndt befolkede områder.

Projektet leverer policy-relevante resultater i form af indsigter og anbefalinger til gavn for uddannelsesinstitutioner, myndigheder og virksomhedsledere.

Projektet er finansieret af Nordisk Ministerråd.

Sex av tio företag uppger att de har försökt rekrytera, men rekryteringssvårigheterna är omfattande och långvariga.
