Most skills policies are designed and funded at national level – yet skills shortages and mismatches are experienced regionally.

This webinar explores how regions can take a leading role in competence matching, even when authority and funding remain national. 

We move from general job titles to task-based learning and modular re-skilling to meet the urgent needs of the green and digital transition. With a shrinking workforce, the solution is not simply more students, but more agile systems for up-skilling the existing workforce.
