The Nordic Network for Lifelong Learning (NLL), financed by the Nordic Council of Ministers, are pleased to invite you to a dedicated stakeholder hearing on the future of guidance in lifelong learning across the Nordic region. This online event will focus on how guidance can better support people going through different transitions, whether it’s in education, sustainability, employment, or general life—and to ensure accessible pathways for all learners, particularly the people most in need. Your expertise and perspective will influence the NLL Guidance Network’s work plan for 2025–2027. The purpose of the hearing is to inspire dialogue, share experiences, and gather valuable insights to enhance the relevance of the NLL guidance network initiatives.
We invite
- Experts in guidance, lifelong learning, education policy, and workforce development.
- Representatives of government agencies, research institutions, education providers, and civil society organisations.
- Practitioners, industry leaders, and career guidance professionals actively engaged in advancing competence development.
During the hearing, you will
- Exchange experiences and examples with leading experts, practitioners, and policymakers.
- Contribute to shaping strategies and help the expected outcome of the initiative from your organisation or country’s own perspective.
- Give examples of relevant outputs that the network can decide on and prioritize.
- Join cross-sector discussions to address current competence challenges and future skills need and the important role of guidance.
- Strengthen Nordic cooperation and professional networks supporting lifelong learning.
