The benefits of working together
The collaboration between NLL and Nordplus has exciting potential of increasing the benefits for organisations and institutions from the education system and working life and thereby strengthening the Nordic – Baltic lifelong learning area.
- Working together, both programmes can identify clusters of projects among active initiatives, fostering deeper knowledge exchange and potential scaling of results.
- New potential areas for further development work can be identified collaboratively, building on the existing results.
- Through collaboration NLL and Nordplus projects can reach a broader and more diverse group of stakeholders and thus increase the relevance for, and inclusion of, the target groups.
- Dissemination beyond the project consortium and NLL networks can be achieved.
