The Nordic Network for Guidance for Adults held a webinar on the theme of quality development in career guidance for adults.

– Ingjerd Espolin Gaarder, Director of the Department for quality in lifelong guidance at the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills.

In Norway, a national quality framework has been developed and the experience and benefits so far were presented at the webinar.

– Maiken Skarðenni, Career counsellor at the National Center for Career Guidance and Student Counselling

– Terji Beder, Specialist at the Faroes Ministry of Education and Culture

In the Faroe Islands, a platform has been established for developing quality in career guidance via a collaboration with a network of multidisciplinary guidance personnel across sectors.
